Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino seeks an experienced HVAC/Facilities Supervisor to lead a team of service technicians maintaining building distribution systems, HVAC equipment, and related controls. You will oversee repairs, coordinate with contractors on large renovations, and ensure compliance with tribal, federal, state, and internal regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint-reading skills, and a track record in supervising construction or maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA/AS preferred.
• Fire and safety credentials (S-95) and certificates of fitness for standpipes and sprinkler system.
• Must have four years paid experience as a licensed Journeyman in heating/refrigeration work, or a completion certificate that may substitute.
• Five years of supervisory experience in construction or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Leads troubleshooting team to repair building distribution systems including steam, heat exchangers, air handlers, and controls.
• Repair of commercial heating and cooling systems up to 100 tons capacity.
• Assigns and schedules major component replacement with energy management and control system ops.
• Monitors system set points and outputs via remote PLCs.
• Reads blueprints and gauges; performs related duties for the team.
• Instructs or leads tradespersons; conducts quality control and inspections.
