Job summary

AE Works is seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer to design and manage HVAC systems for diverse building projects, including new construction and renovations. You’ll coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring compliant, high-quality deliverables and effective project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architectural engineering or mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• PE license required, with ability to pursue additional state licenses as needed.
• 5+ years of building industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and construction administration of HVAC systems for building projects, including new construction and renovations.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles for technical leadership and high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as a primary client liaison for mechanical design, coordinating with consultants and on-site teams.
