Responsibilities include leading installations, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and supervising technicians. The position offers a starting salary range of $95,000–$110,000 per year, along with health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Must have 8+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Ability to perform work at heights of 20 feet or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC system installations to meet code compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 apprentice HVAC technicians.

Skills

EPA 608 Certification

8+ years of HVAC field experience
