Job summary

A leading solar energy firm in Minnesota is seeking an experienced technician to lead HVAC installations, troubleshoot systems, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HVAC experience and requires an EPA 608 Certification. This full-time position is on-site, offering a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually and includes health and vision insurance, paid holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required.
• 5+ years of HVAC field experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work at heights of 20 feet or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC system installations and ensure compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.
• Mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice electricians.
