Job summary
Metamorphosis Financial Inc- DBA AFFORDABLE HEATING AND AIR is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer in California to join a growing, female-owned and family-owned HVAC company. You will install residential systems and ensure code compliance while maintaining a clean, safe job site.

Qualifications
- 5+ years HVAC installation experience as Lead Installer.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, minisplits and ductwork.
- Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards.
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional worksite.
- Communicate with customers and office staff regarding job progress.
- Maintain proper installation documentation and photos using Service Titan.
