Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required or ability to obtain.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation.
• Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains to new and replacement units.
• Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation.
• Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to meet installation timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and adhere to all local codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address any installation-related questions or concerns.
