You will cooperate with service technicians and project managers to meet installation timelines, perform startups and tests, and maintain a clean, safe job site in compliance with local codes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification required or ability to obtain.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
