Job summary
Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is hiring an HVAC Installer to install residential and light commercial equipment including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of installation experience, an EPA certification, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
Qualifications
- Requires minimum 3 years HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Certification required.
- Drug test and background check.
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
- Must understand English clearly for safety and instructions.
- Knowledge of MO-OSHA safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment (air conditioning, heat pumps, furnaces, etc).
- Be on time and complete assigned shift and tasks.
- Check in with client at start and end of job; obtain signatures as needed.
- Sell additional system components and process change orders when appropriate.
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the project.
- Keep organized job notes and assist in mentoring apprentices.
