Job summary

Sobieski Custom Homes Division is seeking a full-time HVAC Senior Mechanic to win repeat business by delivering quality installations of heating and cooling systems in Custom Homes. This role will also help train HVAC helpers on site to ensure top workmanship and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a journeyman or 8+ years of HVAC install experience.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather, heights, and tight spaces.
• Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Install heating and cooling systems in custom homes with quality workmanship.
• Mentor and train HVAC helpers on job sites.
