Sobieski Mechanical Contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to join our New Home Construction team in York, PA. You will install HVAC systems in new residential builds, ensuring quality workmanship and code compliance throughout rough-in to completion.

The role requires hands-on experience in new construction, the ability to read blueprints, and proficient use of HVAC tools. A practical, dependable professional will thrive in our fast-paced environment alongside an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• Proven experience as HVAC mechanic in new construction homes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use HVAC tools.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC duct work and systems in new residential construction.
• Install components per manufacturer specs and local codes.
• Complete final HVAC phases, including outdoor condenser units and GRDs.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals to diagnose issues as needed.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulations during service activities.
• Communicate effectively with team, leadership, and builders.
