Job summary

Meijer is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician in the Town of Lansing, NY. The successful candidate must maintain a State of Michigan Mechanical Contractor license and have a minimum of five years' experience in HVAC-R. Responsibilities include improving and repairing manufacturing equipment and ensuring all electrical work meets safety codes. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance and electrical systems experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Safe Quality Foods (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Improve, maintain and repair all equipment used in manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
