Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or greater.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering and design of HVAC systems.
• Licensed professional engineer strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to foster a creative engineering environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit design software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform design and engineering work in HVAC and related mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to produce construction drawings.
• Develop conceptual designs and cost estimates for early project stages.
• Assess energy saving measures and perform energy analyses.
• Model building envelope heat gains/losses and ECM savings using software.
