Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or greater.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering and design of HVAC systems.
• Licensed professional engineer strongly preferred.
• Ability to foster a creative engineering environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit design software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform design and engineering work in various mechanical disciplines, with emphasis on HVAC.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to produce final construction drawings.
• Develop conceptual designs and cost estimates for early project stages.
• Create design drawings using Revit 3D design software.
• Conduct energy assessments to identify savings measures.
• Design building ventilation systems for indoor air quality and heat removal.
• Perform energy/cost savings analysis for ECMs.
