Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - HVAC to lead mechanical/HVAC design for mission-critical and data center facilities across the United States. You will drive concepts through detailed design and construction, coordinating with electrical, plumbing, architectural, and structural teams while guiding project teams and clients to resolve complex design challenges.

The role emphasizes senior technical leadership, QA/QC support, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of data center / mission-critical experience.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical building systems design experience.
• Experience working on complex, highly reliable facilities.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination and communication skills.
• Consulting engineering background preferred.
• PE license is not required. Candidates who already hold their PE are welcome, and obtaining a PE can support future career advancement within the firm.
