Job summary

Amkor Technology Arizona is seeking an experienced facilities HVAC Engineer responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and operation of HVAC systems for Amkor’s OSAT factory. This role ensures optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with cleanroom standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in HVAC design/operations; proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Bluebeam is expected; PE is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC engineering experience in design and operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with chilled water systems, cooling towers, and cleanroom standards.
• PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design consultants to meet HVAC system requirements.
• Review drawings, submittals, and monitor construction progress.
• Support commissioning activities and perform testing.
• Identify and resolve abnormalities during construction and start-up.
• Maintain documentation for HVAC systems and handover.
