Responsibilities

• Develop and review estimates and schedules, including workforce forecasts.
• Establish, track, and monitor material quantities with forecasts.
• Develop and review specifications and design criteria.
• Participate in procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities.
• Perform calculations, specify equipment, and solve complex engineering problems.
• Lead people development, training, and performance coaching.
• Provide independent recommendations aligned with project goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
