Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in the commercial/industrial HVAC field.
• 7-10 years of experience in design and development of mechanical and plumbing system layouts.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet scheduling deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineering scope for projects.
• Perform and review detailed load calculations using Trane Trace software.
• Coordinate mechanical requirements with architects and engineers.
