Job summary

Auburn University Facilities Management is seeking a Mechanical Technical Advisor to serve as the University's premier technical resource for HVAC systems, building controls, and facility operations across the campus. Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, this role acts as the lead authority for heating, ventilation, and control systems supporting 250+ facilities and over 7 million square feet of space.

• HVAC and control systems expert with broad campus experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and optimize performance.

• Provide advanced guidance and troubleshooting for campus facilities.
• Support 250+ facilities and 7M+ sq ft by resolving non-routine issues.
