Job summary

You will manage client relationships, present technical solutions to owners and architects, and drive preconstruction efforts including estimating and value engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and controls.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Familiar with AIA contract documents and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC construction projects from award to completion.
• Serve as the primary senior client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, deliverables and documentation.
• Monitor safety, schedule, and budget compliance on site.
• Closeout activities including punch lists and as-built drawings.
• Lead preconstruction activities including estimating and value engineering.
• Develop relationships with clients, architects, engineers and partners; support business development.
