Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Commissioning Provider to serve as a technical resource for Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects, focusing on HVAC optimization, operational performance, and energy savings verification. The role spans complex, multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare environments.

The position collaborates with engineering, construction, controls, and operations teams to ensure system design and sequences align with project intent, supporting energy performance targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or 4 years of experience).
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to interact with owners, owner’s representatives, contractors, engineers and architects professionally.
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning planning and execution for HVAC systems.
• Perform design reviews and validate sequences of operation.
• Coordinate functional performance testing and testing protocols.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability and maintainability.
• Lead retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts on assigned projects.
• Collaborate with controls teams, design teams, and project managers to ensure quality outcomes.
