Qualifications

• More than five years of experience in HVAC/R maintenance and repair.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Formal training in chillers, cooling towers, boilers, furnaces, refrigeration, or air conditioning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment startup including detailed documentation.
• Oversee and perform repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Monitor and maintain safety practices.
• Investigate and recommend solutions to customer complaints.

Skills

Advanced troubleshooting on HVAC/R systems

Mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints

Knowledge of MODBUS and BACnet protocol

Strong documentation and organizational skills

Ability to follow safety rules

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Vocational or trade school coursework in HVAC/R
