Pickett and Associates, LLC, an ESP Company in Tampa, FL, seeks a Lead Engineer to provide leadership and senior-level engineering expertise on complex HV and EHV overhead transmission projects. The role requires hands-on management of line routing, modeling, design, procurement, and construction support.

The successful candidate will supervise engineers and technicians, ensure client requirements and schedules are met, mentor staff, and develop strong client relationships while guiding

Qualifications

• PE certification is required.
• 10+ years of transmission line engineering experience in electric utility.
• Extensive experience using PLS-CADD.
• Experience with design codes and standards (NESC, IEEE, ASCE, ACI).
• Experience liaising with substation, environmental, real estate, construction, and maintenance stakeholders.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
