Job summary
ESPO Corporation is seeking a Senior/Staff Transmission Engineer in Brea, CA or San Diego, CA. The role involves leading the design of high voltage overhead transmission lines, preparing construction drawings, and providing guidance to junior engineers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in overhead transmission line design. Exceptional communication and analytical skills are essential, along with familiarity with specialized software like PLS-CADD.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience with routing and design of high voltage overhead transmission line facilities.

- Provide guidance to less experienced staff members.
