Qualifications

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of new and existing high-voltage circuit breaker technologies.
• Translate customer and application requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Support international R&D projects and lead technical work packages when needed.
• Review non-standard specifications and evaluate equipment suitability for customer applications.
• Conduct product performance evaluations, inspections, and root cause investigations.
• Define test requirements and support electrical and electro-mechanical testing programs.
• Analyze test results and develop technical reports that support product qualification and design decisions.
• Identify innovation opportunities and support patent and intellectual property activities.
