Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking an experienced CI/HUMINT analyst to coordinate and execute comprehensive operations from concept through completion at Fort Meade, MD. The role involves developing target systems, nominations, and intelligence products, and generating damage estimates and assessments.

Candidates should have extensive CI/HUMINT experience, a relevant security clearance (TS/SCI with CI POLY or ability to obtain), and a background in joint targeting and operational support.

Qualifications

• 12 years of CI/HUMINT analysis experience, including recent work within the last 2 years.
• 12 years of CI analysis experience with recent work within the last 2 years.
• High School Diploma with 20 years of relevant experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate's degree with 16 years of relevant experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree with 14 years of relevant experience within the last 2 years.
• Master's degree with 12 years of relevant experience within the last 2 years.
• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or ability to obtain CI POLY.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, prepare, publish, maintain, write, execute, assess, and brief operations from initial concept to mission completion.
• Develops targets and target systems for joint engagements (lethal and non-lethal).
• Develops target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products.
• Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments; assists with combat assessment requirements.
