Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) in Fort Liberty, NC, seeks a skilled HUMINT Analyst SME to oversee day-to-day HUMINT operations for USSOCOM, focusing on planning, coordination, data collection, and reporting.

You'll provide expert guidance on HUMINT targeting cycles, ensure compliance with DoD guidance, and synchronize missions with DoD regulations, delivering actionable intelligence while supporting the administrative and logistics team.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of HUMINT operations experience in an Intelligence Task Force or equivalent
• Five+ years in collection management and all-source analysis; two+ years in a managerial role
• Expert knowledge of HUMINT theory, tradecraft, and DoD guidance

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized HUMINT SME support to assist USSOCOM in HUMINT planning and execution
• Coordinate data collection, analyses, and reporting; ensure alignment with DoD guidance
• Identify prudent courses of action and ensure compliance with laws and policies
