We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager with excellent customer service skills and HR expertise. The Sr. HR Manager will lead the development, implementation, and administration of HR best practices, policies, and strategies. They will serve as a key strategic business partner, providing operational and strategic HR leadership across our US and international locations. This role involves optimizing processes and tools to enhance the employee and manager experience in HR.

This position is based in our Redwood City, California office.

Responsibilities:

1. Align and execute HR strategies with leadership to support business objectives across all locations, including international offices.
2. Advise, counsel, and coach employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
3. Oversee compensation plans, including bonus and equity compensation philosophies.
4. Develop and implement change management initiatives.
5. Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and practices.
6. Manage benefit programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
7. Handle employee relations inquiries and resolve issues.
8. Maintain company policies, procedures, and HRIS system.
9. Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of HR leadership experience in high-growth SaaS/PaaS software companies with US and international offices.
2. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Organization Development, or related field; Master's preferred.
3. Experience in administering benefits, compensation, and other HR programs.
4. Knowledge of employment laws across multiple states and countries.
5. Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefit programs.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
8. Proficiency in MS Office and NetSuite HRIS System.
