Spectrum is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to balance employee advocacy with business needs in a fast-paced setting. You will administer policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support recruitment, retention and performance coaching across Spectrum.

The base pay for this position generally is between $81,800.00 and $157,200.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
