ASSA ABLOY Group seeks a Sr. Generalist, Human Resources at the PACLOCK facility in Valencia, CA. The role requires on-site work five days a week and reports to HR leadership, driving policies, programs, and compliance across Americas Residential Functions.

This position is based primarily in an office environment located within a manufacturing facility, requires employees to work on-site five days. The employee will perform the majority of their duties in the office, with occasional requirements to walk through and visit the production floor to support business operations, collaborate with teams, and observe workplace activities.

The annual salary for this role is $74,752-$117,467.
