Position Summary
The Senior HR Director is the lead Business Partner to the President of Forged Products (FP), a $800M business unit with world-class thermomechanical processing and manufacturing.
The organization comprises ~1700 employees with seven unions across seven sites and two countries. The Senior HRD is a critical member of the FP Senior Leadership Team with responsibility as a strategic advisor and driver of talent and culture initiatives to deliver business results, e.g., OD/OE, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, employee engagement, employee and labor relations, career and capability development, workforce planning/analytics. The role reports to the President, FP and is matrix to the SVP and CHRO and also is a member if the ATI HR Leadership Team. This person will lead a team of 13 that comprises HRBPs, labor and talent development specialists
