Job Description:
The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department across all Johnson Barrow locations. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, coordinating benefits administration in compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing general administrative support. The HR Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, maintains accurate records, and ensures data integrity within HR systems.
