As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a key role in that evolution. This is a relationship-focused role with an emphasis on team member communication, HR projects, and partnership across the organization. You will serve as a trusted connection between our team members, leaders, and the broader HR team, helping ensure our people have the information, resources, and support they need to be successful. You will also support the team on strategic initiatives and projects, giving you exposure to the broader HR function and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we evolve as an organization.
Our HR model has recently shifted to a Centers of Excellence structure, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations. These teams bring deep expertise to their respective areas, while this role provides an important connection between those teams and our team members and leaders.
This role also offers the opportunity to partner closely with our HR Business Partners, gain exposure to the HRBP career path, and build the skills and experience that can help position you for future growth in that area.
Due to our rapid growth and evolving organization, this position requires flexibility and adaptability. Priorities may shift, new opportunities may emerge, and the ability to step in, collaborate, and support the business where needed will be an important part of success in this role.
This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $80,000-$95,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate's experience and education.
