Focus Financial Partners seeks a highly organized, technology-focused professional to join the Wealth Technology team. You will support integration of acquired advisory firms into our standardized tech ecosystem, coordinating onboarding, migration, and advisor adoption of core platforms.
The role sits at the intersection of wealth management and technology, coordinating with operations, tech stakeholders, and external partners to drive smooth transitions and strong advisor experiences.
We are seeking a highly organized, technology-focused professional to join our Wealth Technology team and support the integration of newly acquired financial advisory firms into our standardized technology ecosystem. This role serves as a key liaison between operations teams, technology stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful onboarding, migration, and advisor adoption of core wealth management platforms. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning new technologies. This position combines project coordination, platform analysis, business process evaluation, and stakeholder engagement to help firms transition from legacy systems to enterprise solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of wealth management, technology, and business transformation. The position will play a critical role in integrating advisory firms, improving advisor experiences, and helping shape the future of a rapidly growing organization while gaining exposure to industry-leading platforms and technologies.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week onsite in St. Louis, MO.
This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $100,000-$120,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate's experience and education.
