What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Establish a deep understanding of the business to advise and build relationships with internal customers
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to provide leadership in employee performance, development, and HR strategy
  • Act as a liaison between HR and the business to ensure alignment on global people strategies
  • Lead project management for multiple HR initiatives, ensuring successful execution and completion

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least five years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
  • Experience in providing large scale HR program support across various disciplines
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence senior leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working for a federal government contracting or consulting organization
  • Background in manufacturing or union environments
  • Familiarity with large scale HR program support or working across multiple HR disciplines
  • Experience with Dayforce or similar human resources information systems
  • HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI)
