What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Establish a deep understanding of the business to advise and build relationships with internal customers
- Collaborate with local HR teams to provide leadership in employee performance, development, and HR strategy
- Act as a liaison between HR and the business to ensure alignment on global people strategies
- Lead project management for multiple HR initiatives, ensuring successful execution and completion
- Analyze trends and opportunities within the organization to develop effective HR solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource management, Organization Development, or related field; additional four years of HR experience may substitute for a degree
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least five years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
- Experience in providing large scale HR program support across various disciplines
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence senior leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working for a federal government contracting or consulting organization
- Background in manufacturing or union environments
- Familiarity with large scale HR program support or working across multiple HR disciplines
- Experience with Dayforce or similar human resources information systems
- HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI)
