The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a critical strategic role within OneMagnify, serving as a trusted advisor and primary HR point of contact for designated department leaders. This role effectively functions as the Head of HR for their assigned business units, leading the people strategy and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives. The Senior HRBP will anticipate organizational needs, proactively identify challenges, and implement solutions in talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This high-impact, high-visibility role requires a strong leader with outstanding influencing skills and who can get results in a fast-paced environment.

We are committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. The expected salary range for this role is $110,000 to $170,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, technical expertise, education, certifications, geographic location, and market data. We also offer competitive benefits and additional rewards designed to support your overall well-being and career growth
