Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
• PHR or equivalent certification preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Knowledge of HR policy interpretation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive leadership and guidance on interpretation of human resource policy to ensure consistency of practice throughout the Consortium.
• Work with HR staff and department leadership to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
