Job summary

G-P, a leading global employment platform, is hiring a Sr Human Resource Associate for its Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support back-end HR, payroll, and legal providers for our international entities across EMEA/APAC/AMER.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract with immediate start. You will manage onboarding, data management, visa renewals, benefits, payroll data, audits, and SOP updates while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years HR operations experience.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Experience in Shared Services.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist onboarding of professionals and data management, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Prepare HR documentation including contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment.
  • Maintain employee records in the platform; process forms for HR activities.
  • Handle benefits administration with brokers and insurers.
  • Provide payroll data and coordinate with payroll team.
  • Audit data changes to ensure timely payments.
  • Improve HR processes and maintain SOPs.
  • Communicate with professionals and customers to resolve queries.
  • Ensure SLA/SOP adherence; liaise with GP partners/vendors.
  • Act as first point of contact during onboarding and offboarding.

About The Position:

As a Sr Human Resource Associate, within our Regional Shared Service Centre you will join a fast-growing company and will have responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our client. You will assist in the management of the back-end HR, Payroll, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. We are looking for someone with global exposure and experience throughout EMEA/APAC/AMER

Please note: this is a 9 month fixed term contract and we are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately

What You Will Do:
  • Support key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding of new professionals, professionals’ data management, absence managements, visa renewals. transfers, offboarding of professionals.
  • Preparing HR documentation, i.e. employment contracts, employment contract amendments, HR policies, benefits enrollment documentation, payroll enrollment documentation, country-specific onboarding guides,employment certificates, certification of termination
  • Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary Platform: input, update and maintain customer & professional personal data, process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new hire, change of status, benefits, terminations, etc.
  • Benefits administration on behalf of customers & professionals including collaboration with broker/insurer for professionals’ benefits enrollments.
  • Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, to support payroll administration, working in close coordination with the payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.
  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment for the professionals
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies up to date
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with professionals and our customers to explain and resolve queries and concerns (via email, and other means of communication)
  • Ensure service excellence by following and committing to the established SLAs and SOPs
  • Communicate and liaise with GP partners/vendors, including insurance vendors, local service providers, local payroll providers, pension providers ensuring strong collaboration and seamless coordination including internal teams in GP.
  • First point of contact for professionals& customers during the onboarding and offboarding process
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable)
  • Detailed knowledge of HR Procedures and policies
  • Experience working within a Shared Services
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region will be an added advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in various communication settings.
  • Literacy with MS Office
  • Possess a proactive ‘test-and-learn’ mindset; capable of quickly mastering and deploying new AI features and platforms due to fast pace environment.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy with the ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g.,Gemini, Notebook LM) into daily workflows to increase efficiency and output quality.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and/or resolving issues effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in an international team composed of team members in different locations and from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in handling offboardings will be an added advantage.

Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

  • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
