Job summary

GAP Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Senior SME to oversee Dietetics standardization and implementation across all CRAFT sites serving the US Air Force at Eglin AFB, FL. You will drive ongoing improvement in training content and delivery for aviation personnel.

You will lead domain experts, manage qualification courses, and coordinate with the CPMs to ensure program alignment with Air Force standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience providing Human Performance services to tactical aviation populations or DoD operational communities.
• Two+ years of leadership and management experience of similar size and complexity.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in a field related to Human Performance (e.g., Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physiology).
• Nationally recognized HP certification (e.g., NSCA, ACSM, NASM).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Tier 3 security adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Support the CRAFT Program Director in planning, scheduling, executing, and validating HP program activities.
• Provide domain-specific technical expertise for curriculum, interventions, assessments, and deliverables aligned with CRAFT goals.
• Design, deliver, and maintain onboarding and qualification training courses for personnel in the domain.
• Lead quarterly synchronization calls with domain SMEs across CRAFT locations to standardize programs and gather feedback.
• Track domain projects on NIPR using project management software, sharing boards with the CPM team.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance training effectiveness and operational readiness.
• Contribute to POAMs, requirements documentation, and expansion initiatives with Curriculum Coordinator and CPMs.
• Support research initiatives, data interpretation, and evaluation of HP program effectiveness.
