Job summary

GAP Solutions Inc. seeks a Dietitian to deliver comprehensive nutritional support for aircrew health and performance.

You will develop performance nutrition content for HP curricula, assess dietary habits, and collaborate with the Site Lead to align with mission goals and CRAFT requirements. Responsibilities include conducting education sessions, maintaining clinical documentation within 72 hours, and contributing to program improvements and intersite collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time experience as a Dietitian.
• ACEND‑accredited bachelor’s degree required.
• National RD or RDN credential is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in performance nutrition for aircrew health and resilience.
• Develop and deliver performance nutrition content for HP curricula.
• Assess dietary habits using validated tools to inform program delivery.
• Spend at least 20% of duty hours with flying squadrons or aircrew spaces.
• Conduct briefings, seminars, and wellness consultations.
• Document clinical encounters in the DoD health record within 72 hours.
• Enter program data in CRAFT system ensuring quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Site Lead and stakeholders on nutrition updates.
