Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Human Factors engineering experience with leadership on complex programs.
• Experience planning and overseeing evaluations including human subjects, simulations and flight tests.
• Expertise applying HF principles to system integration and certification challenges.
• Experience with descriptive and inferential statistics using software.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex trade studies and present HF design recommendations.
• Supervise simulations and flight test evaluations to define requirements.
• Mentor engineering staff and cross-functional teams on HF methods.
• Represent Gulfstream on industry committees and standards groups.
• Oversee HF certification activities and documentation.
