Job summary

You will supervise simulations, conduct workload and usability evaluations, and mentor engineers while coordinating with management, customers, and suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field required.
• 13 yrs specific technical discipline or 15 yrs broad engineering experience.
• Experience with human factors design and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex trade studies and present human factors design recommendations to multidisciplinary teams and upper management.
• Supervise part-task simulation evaluations for design requirements with software, mockups, and predictive modeling tools.
• Develop and execute part-task, simulator, and flight test evaluations to assess workload, usability, and human-system integration.
• Oversee data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineering staff and cross-functional teams, reviewing methods and test plans.
