Zusammenfassung

Arthrex is expanding its Digital Innovation team and seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer I to lead usability efforts for medical devices. You will guide UI development, lead assessments, and ensure compliance with FDA/ISO HF guidelines across product stages.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in design controls, and collaboration with design, engineering, and marketing teams. Travel may be required to support trade shows and accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of human factors/usability experience in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of FDA/ISO guidelines for medical devices.

Aufgaben

• Lead HF efforts in product design and development for new product introductions.
• Evaluate prototype user interfaces and recommend design changes to improve HF.
• Determine budgets and timelines for assigned HF projects.
• Lead usability assessments (Task Analysis, PCA, URRA, uFMEA) and document results.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design controls and lifecycle documentation.
