Randstad Digital seeks a Senior Business Analyst (Human Factors & Cyber Behavior) in Washington, DC to apply behavioral science and human-centered design to mature cybersecurity risk management tied to human behavior. You will study work systems, culture, and user habits to translate research into practical interventions and education for enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Core background in human factors, organizational behavior, behavioral science, organizational psychology, or human-centered design.
• Behavioral & Systems Analysis: track record of analyzing people, work environments, and culture to drive strategy and results.
• Business Analysis Experience: 3+ years defining business cases, requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Visual Communication & Design: 3+ years creating graphics and instructional materials.
• Platform & Software Proficiency: strong SharePoint publishing and MS Office (Visio, Word, PowerPoint).
• Communication & Adaptability: strong written/verbal skills; able to influence outcomes in cybersecurity contexts.
• Preferred Industry Experience: transportation/rail or travel environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Human Risk & Behavioral Strategy: evaluate and mitigate human-centric cybersecurity risks enterprise-wide.
• Organizational Analysis & Plan Development: analyze culture and workflows to craft actionable plans and policy recommendations.
• Requirements & Process Design: define business cases, requirements, and process maps aligning security with operations.
• Educational Content & Visual Communication: design visuals and resources to educate non-technical audiences and influence behavior.
• Platform & Content Management: update UI materials and resources hosted on SharePoint and CMS for broad access.
• Cross-Functional Influence: partner with business users and cybersecurity teams to bridge needs and human interaction patterns.
