Job Summary

We’re hiring a Senior HubSpot Solutions Architect to lead client accounts end-to-end — from discovery and strategy through architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

This is a senior-level role for someone who knows HubSpot deeply, has real agency experience, and is ready to own client relationships while designing the technical systems behind them. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, serving as both trusted advisor and hands-on architect.

We’re an AI-native agency. That means you’ll work alongside AI tools daily, using them to accelerate discovery, automate documentation, build integrations, and deliver at a level that would be impossible with manual work alone. If you’re excited about what’s possible when deep HubSpot expertise meets modern AI tooling, this is the role.

4–6 years of hands-on HubSpot experience required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary lead and relationship owner for a portfolio of mid-market ($10M - $100M annual revenue) clients.
  • Run discovery, gather requirements, scope work, and translate business objectives into technical solutions
  • Communicate proactively with clients and in a timely manner — setting expectations, surfacing risks, and delivering results without needing to be managed. Clients should rarely have to follow up to get an answer back from you.
  • Balance multiple accounts simultaneously with clear prioritization and follow-through.
Team Coordination & Project Management
  • Direct and delegate work to team members; providing clear briefs, context, andacceptance criteria so work ships right the first time.
  • Review and QA output before it reaches the client
  • Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and keep work moving across your accounts.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through feedback, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
  • Design scalable CRM architecture cross-funnel. Marketing, pre-sale and post-sale operations, including intra- and inter-system integrations and data pipelines.
  • Architect solutions that are clean, documented, maintainable and scalable. You’ll be building systems other people need to understand and extend.
  • Evaluate when to use native HubSpot capabilities versus custom builds (CCAs, UI Extensions, or fully custom), and make the right call.
AI-Assisted Operations
  • Use AI tooling as a core part of your daily workflow.
  • Heavily leverage AI for workflow design, execution of client builds, data analysis and manipulation, documentation generation,
  • Contribute to and improve our internal AI-powered tooling and processes as we continue to evolve how we work.
HubSpot Mastery
  • Deeply understand the capabilities of HubSpot at both the Professional and Enterprise level, being able to identify which tier is needed for any given solution to be implemented.
  • The ability to design advanced data models, processes and workflows, reporting infrastructure and analytics to fit unique business needs, and be able to communicate them clearly back to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with HubSpot’s evolving product roadmap and proactively identify opportunities to improve client systems.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Maintain clear, client-facing documentation of system architecture, integrations, and operational processes.
  • Document what you build as you build it, not after the fact as a chore.
Requirements
Professional Experience – Please note that these are strict requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not apply.
  • 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including complex CRM implementations, migrations and multi-hub architecture. Not building and sending marketing emails for 4+ years – deep in the weeds of process and design building for 4+ years.
  • 2+ years of agency experience – you’ve managed high-stake client relationships, have led many deep conversations with C-Suite executives, and are able to maintain a book of business in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience building scalable architecture across the entirety of the funnel (marketing, sales, service, retention, expansion) that can be spoken to eloquently.
AI Fluency
  • Comfortable using AI tools as daily operational tools for research, implementation, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Willing to learn and adopt new AI-powered workflows as our tooling evolves.
  • The more that you've integrated AI into your daily workflows, the better. Already having pre-defined agents that solve for common client issues and pain points is a major plus.
People & Project Management
  • Able to delegate clearly – write a brief, set expectations, and follow up without micromanaging.
  • Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback on work product.
  • Organized enough to track deliverables, timelines, and open items across multiple accounts without thingsslipping.
Soft Skills
  • Confident communicator who can simplify technical topics for non-technical stakeholders and hold their own in high-level business conversations.
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and able to lead projects independently without waiting to be told what’s next.
  • Systems thinker who can spot pitfalls proactively, think critically in high-complexity situations and problem-solve on the fly.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where ownership is real and your work is visible.
What Sets The Right Person Apart
  • You’ve led client accounts fully-autonomously and have been the accountable party for decisions made.
  • You see AI as a massive force multiplier for your expertise, not a threat to it.
  • You’re energized by solving hard problems with smart tools and thoughtful architecture.
  • You take pride in clean, scalable systems and can think ahead to avoid pitfalls, account for edge cases, and proactively identify potential issues as systems scale.
  • You can toggle between big picture strategy and in the weeds implementation without losing the thread.
Why Join Us?
  • Join a high-performing, quickly-growing, collaborative team with big growth goals and no tolerance for ego.
  • Shape systems and solve real-world problems for clients that are growing fast and relying on us to scale.
  • Work with modern, AI-native tooling that lets you operate at a level most agencies can’t touch.
  • Competitive salary, bonus potential, and up to 90% company-covered health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 15 days of PTO + 9 paid holidays annually.
  • Fully remote and flexible work environment — built on trust, transparency, and mutual accountability.
