Role Overview

We're looking for a Part-Time Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, reporting to the Head of Marketing Strategy. This role involves strategic systems design and execution, leading efforts to optimize our clients' Martech Stack for performance, compliance, and clarity across marketing and sales ecosystems. The ideal candidate enjoys working with CRMs, architecting enterprise solutions, and ensuring automation integrity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to perform CRM audits, build data governance frameworks, and overhaul automation strategies. We seek a proactive leader with high technical fluency, strong compliance focus, and a passion for operational excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct technical audits of CRMs, identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead redesign of lifecycle stage tracking, including workflows and attribution logic.
  • Implement RBAC policies to ensure data integrity and role clarity.
  • Design and implement scalable lead scoring models aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee data hygiene initiatives, including GDPR/CCPA compliance and contact governance.
  • Optimize or deprecate workflows and assets; build new ones for campaign operations and lifecycle transitions.
  • Collaborate with client teams to optimize form deployment aligned with brand and funnel strategies.
  • Audit and enhance attribution reporting, working with analytics teams.
  • Evaluate third-party tools, recommending and integrating where necessary.
  • Provide documentation and training on system improvements and best practices.
Requirements
About You
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot Enterprise, across Marketing and Sales Hubs, at a strategic level.
  • Experience cleaning up and optimizing mature Martech ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle stages, lead scoring, funnel transitions, and reporting.
  • Operational fluency in GDPR/CCPA compliance and contact governance.
  • Comfort partnering with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical and action-oriented, capable of documenting data models and building workflows swiftly.
  • Experience with platforms like Braze, Klaviyo, Dynamic Yield, or Monetate is a plus, especially for cross-channel campaigns and personalization.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
Skill Bonus
  • Background in consulting, agency work, or multi-client environments.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms like Optimizely, Heap, VWO, or Hotjar.
  • Experience with custom-coded actions or data sync integrations.
