Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas is seeking a Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) II to lead cross‑regional HTM operations and resources.

This role develops, directs, organizes, and manages the HTM equipment support services program, including problem diagnosis, repair, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance of medical equipment, while aligning with organizational goals and budgets.

Formación

• EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
• EXPERIENCE - 4 Years of Experience
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Drivers License (TXDL): If moving from out of state must obtain valid TX DL within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple facilities and HTM Supervisors/Managers to meet goals.
• Oversee budget planning with leadership and drive cost efficiencies.
• Review financial performance and set action plans for variances.
• Establish measurable metrics with leadership to drive accountability.
• Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission standards for equipment management.
• Mentor HTM staff and develop leadership, financial acumen, and team skills.
• Align MEMP deployment with system and entity priorities.
• Engage in supplier/vendor reviews to monitor KPIs.
• Foster transparent communication and remove barriers to success.
• Evaluate operations and sunset legacy processes for improved service delivery.
