Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of information security concepts, OS, networking, and enterprise infra.
• Basic cryptography, encryption concepts, PKI, or cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix CLI and basic sysadmin concepts.
• Basic TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to leverage approved AI-enabled tools to boost learning, research, documentation, and productivity.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn enterprise HSM technologies and cryptography.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HSM environments and respond to operational alerts and incidents.
• Assist with administration, configuration, and lifecycle support of multi-tenant HSM platforms.
• Support deployments, firmware upgrades, hardware replacements, and DR testing.
• Troubleshoot HSM, cryptographic, networking, and app integration issues with AI-assisted tooling.
• Support cryptographic key management activities and ceremonies.
• Participate in production support, incident response, and change management.
• Develop and maintain technical docs, runbooks, and implementation guides, leveraging AI.
