Job summary

You will collaborate with site leadership, employees, and contractors to advance proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of HS&E experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience supporting OSHA and EPA compliance, PSM, and contractor safety programs.
• Ability to conduct incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and risk assessments.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety compliance and regulatory management for site audits and inspections.
• Coordinate incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Deliver employee training, toolbox talks, and safety engagement activities.
• Support environmental permits, waste management, and reporting.
• Oversee contractor safety qualification and onboarding.
• Support continuous improvement by tracking HS&E metrics.
