A leading aerospace firm in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an HSE Specialist to enhance their workplace safety and environmental practices. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, manage safety programs, and conduct training. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in an HSE role are required. This full-time position offers a salary range of $78,800 to $103,350, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an HSE role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• OSHA certification required; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and conduct safety audits.
• Implement safety training programs and develop emergency response plans.
• Lead accident investigations and maintain accurate compliance records.
