Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC seeks an experienced EHS/Construction Safety leader to develop and manage project-specific safety plans on client sites. You will oversee prevention strategies, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations to drive a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction/safety management, preferably within a data center or mission critical facilities.
• 3+ years of senior level safety management or design management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage project-specific EHS Plans aligned with policy and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee prevention strategies and controls for high-risk work activities.
• Ensure risk assessments are conducted and integrated into schedules and planning.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and oversee HRA controls with corrective actions.
• Investigate and report incidents with root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and participate in safety committees to foster safety culture.
• Prepare and submit monthly safety management reports with summaries and improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors and Owner to verify policy compliance and attend meetings.
• Deliver safety orientation and maintain training records for a diverse workforce.
• Certify project-specific EHS Plan compliance alongside site leadership.
